Don't understand why those properly working card scan sensor devices in lifts all changed. Now the new sensor devices are less sensitive, need to "knock" the card on it multiple times to get detected.
And to access parcel room, need to "rub" the card on the device 5, 6 seconds to get the door open.
Access to lifts in carpark also limited and blocked. What will happen if there's a emergency? Now if there's rain residents need to walk in rain to get to the other side of facilities.....

Bad management.
Building materials also very bad.
Wall cracks, rusted railing, misplace wire, switch fell off before I move it.
Prepare for multiple ceiling leakage and every time the defect team fix the ceiling they will leave unremovable stains on other furnitures.

Once was a popular place for the Indian kueh sellers to get their supplies that was maybe fifty years ago. Now they open outlet to sell their kueh in modern settings. Anyway the old taste is better

Despite some of the negative reviews, but I personally likes this place very much. This place is clean and well maintained and you can see housekeeping personnel in almost every corner of the common facilities doing their job. This condo gives you sense of luxury and cozy ambience upon entering. Good choice for property investment and residence purpose.

I like this place and my kids love the facility floor. its windy, calm and peaceful.
The house layout is spacious and kitchen is big. Quite difficult to find such spacious in most condos nowadays.
