Bad customer service given by the crew. I ask politely to pick up my parcel but he told me to come later another 1-2 hours more to pick it up. Even the crew serve me with grumpy face. Does the manager of this hub do the work?

My parcel was supposed to be delivered at 30 apr and already out for delivery, unfortunately unsuccessful and returning to the hub and late arrived at my home. 1 mac also not walk that parcel and i decided to go to the hub sitiawan, perak for pickup by myself because i urgent to use that things, i cant wait 2 mac because im sailing that day at the morning for a 1 week or 2. But I have two or three people there just can't give me some cooperation and rude. I just come back home with an empty hand. Rubbish service!

Ikut map yg diberi , ke hutan ye kawan2 . Tapi mujur nampak lori shopee express dalam pagar biru kuning tu haaa ..awalnya pegi parcel hub nak drop off sabtu close jam 3 , so kena cari hub shopee express . Ikut map shopee express manjung , dh bertukar jadi dhl😅 . Mai kg acheh baru blh drop off .. saborr jelahhh ...

Location : kg acheh bersebelahan menara tangki air petronas . Pagar biru kuning .
