I recently visited Sena Specialist Hospital in Segamat and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hospital is clean and well-organized, making it easy for new patients to find their way. Registration was quick and smooth, and every staff member I met, from the reception team to the doctors, nurses, and pharmacy was friendly, professional, and attentive.

The facilities look modern and well maintained, and I truly appreciate the effort the team puts into making patients feel comfortable and cared for. Overall, an excellent hospital that I would gladly recommend to others. Keep up the great work!

Comfortable and clean new hospital in town. Good environment with plenty of parking. They are specially take care of old age patient, they came to double check patient condition in toilet time to time. It is very special caring from what i had experience from other hospital. New hospital with Very friendly and helpful staff , nice environment , good facilities, hand sanitizer was complete in every corner and free refreshment given too. Plenty of parking and also playground for kids also provided. A lot different types of specialist doctor here. Overall I’m a happy customer here. Good job Sena team!!!

I sent my father to Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat for cataract surgery. I must say I was quite impressed with their level of service, professionalism and hygiene standards. First of all, the interior design of this hospital is on par with many international standard hospital that I have visited. The look and feel make the patient and caregiver feels comfortable. The toilet was clean and conducive for use by wheelchair bound and elderly patient. My father was attended to by Dr Chong Ka Lung who performed the cataract surgery. I appreciate his professionalism in attending to my advanced age dad. His explanation was simple and he answered my queries attentively. I’m also pleased with the level of service provided by the Ophthalmology Clinic nurses. From my conversation and interactions with them, the staff display commendable level of care, compassion and empathy. I was most impressed when their customer service staff sent my father on a wheelchair to our car. This is a noble act of pure compassion and high standard of customer service.
A big shout out to Dr Chong, nurses at Ophthalmology Clinic, admission staff and customer service crew at Sena Specialist Hospital Segamat. Keep up the good job and well done!

The hospital lobby looks so grand like a hotel. Brought my 7 months old daughter for Influenza injection by Dr Liew. Took the Immunity Booster package including Influenza and Varicella vaccine package. There are other vaccine packages as well. Dr Liew is very friendly and the staff was helpful. The registration and payment took some time, probably because the hospital is still new and the staff is still getting used to the system, but overall was good. There is also a nursing room provided for breastfeeding moms. The facility is very clean and modern and conducive. Will definitely come again. 😊
