This is the most expensive yet poor service car park in my entire life. It’s quite far from the jetty building, need to walk around 10 minutes. There wasn’t any signboard, nobody tell you which direction to walk after parking your car, you have to wander around facing the direction of building by the sea then walk to the main road and follow the main road to reach the jetty. The staff didn’t bother to provide any info except they were very efficient when taking your money. At the entrance they will ask you return which day and then grabbed the money from your hand before even answering you how much the fee is. They took RM40 from me saying it’s charging per day not counting 24 hours, when I arrived at Friday 2pm and scheduled to leave on Saturday 12pm. Please, at least improve the service or drop the price.

Sangat tidak memuaskan. Pergi diberitahu utk sehari parking rm30 premium parking..bila bayar die pintu keluar guna Visa kad rm60 sangat mahal untuk semalam punya rate.. ade kereta yg sama family masuk waktu sama dan pulang waktu sama rm30 dan de yang rate rm46.. kenapa terlalu berbeza dahlaa parking tanpa bumbung.. sangat mengecewakan..

Pertama kalau confident sangat nak caj mahal macam nie kena la buang tanda ‘ park at your risk’ 🤦🏻‍♀️.
Kedua Setiap parking kena la berbumbung .
Ketiga , tak berguna minta maaf kepada setiap customer yang review pasal harga jika tak turunkan harga 🤦🏻‍♀️

Gila betul Marina shame on you!! Dah la park tengah panas pastu tulis 1day RM30. Tapi tipu! Org ramai dah complain tapi dia masih buat bodo lansung takde apa2 tindakan. Patut laa sendu! Boikot!!

Marina Island your parking rate charges is insane. My overnight parking is not even 24 hrs but was charged RM47. Your charging based on calendar day. Even Penang airport never charge by calendar day. They charge according to hours parked. If more than 12hrs they charge full day which is fine. But you are charging 2 full day amount. What the heck!!! You are robbing peoples hard earn money.

I came into the parking lot on 27 July 12:08 and left on 28 July 13:48 and I was charged RM46. This is the most expensive car park rate in Malaysia. However, there is no roof to cover all cars from strong sunlight and rain, no pedestrian corridor with covered roof and very few security guards to patrol the safety. In other words, the parking rate is sound like 5 stars but the parking facilities are sound like 0 stars. The management just want to gain as high as profit daily without providing equivalent services to customers. For those who read this, we should know that we should go to another place to park our car and never come back again.

Servis kaunter tiket laju & cepat. Tgh beli tiket, bot dah gerak, kaunter bg tukar masa. 15 min tunggu terus naik bot. Tapak parkir teratur dan berjaga. Trusted, waktu balik tertinggal bagasi. Contact melalui google, tak sampai 5 minit dah dibalas. Penjaga tapak parkir hantar bagasi ke kaunter dgn selamat & pihak Marina terus uruskan penghantaran selamat sampai ke depan rumah. Bagasi selamat dgn packaging yg secure. Lega banyak. Akan dtg balik sbb ada vibes lain dr pulau2 lain. Tak ada gambar kat parkir sbb rushing balik KL tu yg sampai tercicir bagasi T_T. Tq Marina team
