Did SPC flooring for my house. My neighbor recommended Kx from KX FLOOR. Despite the small project, Kx was very professional from the start we met at my house till the works complete. Initially I was skeptical as their product pricing is twice of many vinyl flooring out there. But spc having a dog, I want to make sure that the flooring look good and is safe for my pet so I went with my friend’s recommendation to pay them a visit. Met Kx there and he made a good impressive demo and was professional on the consultation. Beside having good products, He advised and made sure the floor is properly leveled before installing the Spc vinyl flooring. He went down a few times personally to check as mine is a resale unit. Definitely will recommend to my friends who are purchasing a new home . Workmanship is good and professional .

Two years ago, the vinyl floors of other companies were installed in my master room, and now there is a problem of edge warping. This year, we want to redo the vinyl floor of the whole unit. After a customer introduced Kx Floor , we are attracted by their floor quality. The wear-resistant layer is much thicker than my original one. When the Sales - Kx introduced the vinyl floor to us, he also compared different brands and introduced us to the basic knowledge of the Spc vinyl floor. He is the only sales person I have seen and will supervise the installation site workers. We need to move the furniture during installation to lay the spc vinyl floor in the current house. Kx helped us move the furniture together and told the workers where to touch up silicone. We appreciate Kx. He's not the kind of salesperson who is good at sales talk and can't see him again after getting the order. It simulates the wooden floor, and the foot feel is also excellent. Overall, I am delighted, not only with the floor itself but also with the workmanship, and more importantly, Kx, who is in charge of the case

Kx is an exceptional sales person. He patiently introduced all the different products to us when we visited their showroom. He did a live demonstration on his products with fire, knives and paints to show us how sturdy the products are. Lots of confidence in his products. The sign on process was easy and Kx was never pushy so we took our time to decide what and how we want to do it. Actual installation was smooth and it was assuring to have him personally overseeing the works to the finish. 100% recommend Him and Kx floor products.
