TOTALLY DISPOINTED!!!

My house had a leaking issue since the start. Developer already sent contractor to repair it TWICE but it’s not only still leaking, now it’s even WORSE than before. This is seriously unacceptable. A brand new house should not have this kind of problem. Very poor quality and follow-up. Regret buying from this developer!!

If this continues, I won’t hesitate to report this to KPKT and bring this matter to the housing tribunal. Buyers deserve better!!

Bought this Bungalow at Bukit Senawang Perdana Seremban, bfr warranty expired, this “batu” fell already and ask to fix ( during PKP ) & last year this “batu” fell again..

If got option, I'll rate 0. Bought property under this shameful developer. Totally regret it. Received keys super late (almost 5 month delay), received key without water and power supply (almost 2 months upon received keys), purposely delay paying the cashback and LAD (provide various excuses to delay the payment), defect not rectify (do nothing more than 1 month even multiple reminder given to developer) and no response whatsoever. The house condition super bad with too many defects and person in charge won't take responsibility to speed up the process. Shameful!! My advise, don't bought property from this developer. You'll regret it!!

Almost 5 months ready no proper defect repair from this developer side.
Having leakage on roof & visible hole on plaster ceiling at the entrance. Still the developer not giving proper repairing timeline. Worst management.
