Studied Diploma in Computer Science back in 2017-2019.
Back then naive so expected a lot from college.
Now after working and continue study Degree in INTI Subang, realize there are way worse campuses. And SUC is actually way better in terms of several aspect such as program course syllabus, lecturer attitude, administration staffs, the whole campus systems, timetable, classes and facilities etc...

The recruiters here at least are honest and direct unlike INTI or those snake recruiters. Still, take it with a grain of salt.

For SUC, i think very decent, have their own LMS system which is actually batter than shitvas (Canvas), the lecturers and staffs are very efficient and attentive to student if you willing to engage in classes and contribute. However, this does not represent everyone as different staff members are a hit or miss some are nice some may be problematic. So do your research!

But overall, the fees are reasonable, courses are alright (it depend which course you're in). The study materials given by lecturers at least for my course is still useful today as of 2024, i even need to refer back in order because now study in INTI Subang (Under Swinburne) the slides are so terrible that SUC notes are superior lol.

However, the classes I have back then are heavily theory. A very traditional approach, it has its unique advantage such as helping you to familiarize and cope with a more major MNC environment with very strict bureaucratic reporting & traditional approaches as you might have the opportunity to do these in the form of old style assignment and report writing (assuming that you put your own effort and not just cheat chatGPT). Its funny all the "recruiters" "HR" of colleges loves to promote they're teaching all the latest bullsh*t and practical whatever business buzzword in their own college that they can think of. But to be frank, a diploma is a diploma, I think what you learn in this campus can be sufficient for an entry level job, you will learn more technical stuff late on in life which is mostly proprietary (at least in terms of Computer Science subjects). In the end we go to college to mature our minds and use the free time to learn more about the world and prepare for the job world, so use this opportunity wisely.
Don't depend all on the college. But use whatever resources provided to your advantage.

For the banana people (with problem understanding Chinese), it can be quite challenging, depressing, or even effect certain suicidal tendencies during your stay here, so please do consider this factor of the "culture shock". Throughout the years I've seen several students with such problems, usually non main mandarin speakers. Either maybe too stressful with subject syllabus or friendship/social issues. I also started with very basic Chinese. But I grew up and conquered some of the fears and social struggles, in the end it was worth it.

Quite nice building with Chinese cultural design but need maintenance. Mostly Chinese but also with some Indians and Malays. Dorms with card access security. Toilets at the main hall corners at the end. Hard to locate.
