hospital ini service sangat teruk , nurse dekat sana makan berbual-bual main handphone senasa banyak pesakit datang hospital , system pun teruk juga

Nampak macam sistematik , tetapi tidak menepati first come first serve, dan appointment yang dibuat tak jelas.
Kesian customer yang terpaksa tunggu lama ,bual-bual sahaja dan suruh datang next time pulak.

I've been here twice before, in 2007 and 2016, and my sister in law arrived in October 2022 for their maternity and baby checkups.
The staff is friendly and helpful; I have no complaints about them, and I understand the situation when it comes to dealing with crowds.
BUT.... The cleanliness of the pusat kesihatan is poor, and the chair hasn't been changed in a decade. The building walls are cracked and poorly maintained by the government.
I am concerned about the hygiene of a new born baby because this is the only pusat kesihatan for mother and new born child in kota tinggi. The dirty chairs and the environment can easily infect the baby.
Dear Kota Tinggi, we kindly request a clean chair and some internal building repair work for the safety of the new born baby and the maternity mother. When they enter the pusat kesihatan, they should feel refreshed and happy for their delivery and satisfied with the service in a clean environment.
I'm hoping Kota tingg parties will look into it and come up with some solutions.
