It's really a nice Condo. Has incorporated seismic interlocking design. The car park is elevated with 4m wide ramp. Can choose between sea and mountain views. Just at 15 mins from KK city and 10 to KKIA. Very good quality. Infinity view swimming pool, gym, children's playground and a big nice garden.

Went there to visit a friend, say hello to Guard and enter as visitor without much issues.

Swimming pool is great, parking areas is nice. Guard services is good as well

Im owned one unit there. My rented car was hit and run by construction worker during parking at visitor bay. Visitor parking was full with cars (maybe consist of owner and worker at kingfisher). The security on duty instructed us to parking at non-designated parking slot and gave assurance that it is safe to park. For your info, security here very strict with parking (i do not have issue here, as they only perform their duty vs with 200rm+ monthly fees that owners have to pay by monthly)

To cut short, i have to pay 500rm+ compensation to the car agent as the culprit ( he is one of the worker work at phase 2 condo, i have indentified the car and so obvious his car shown traces of hit and run as our car painting still on it ) be irresponsible with the incident.

Management rep do not say sorry even the security on duty. The visitor parking always full with construction worker car. The security still allowed that culprit park his car at the visitor parking bay until today (i have photo evidence). Untill now, i really not so sure to whom that i can lodge official complaint on this matters.

Worst exprience with the condo management ever compared to other properties (condo/service apartment) that i owned.

I am NOT recommend other potential buyer for investment. Definately also will not recommend to my other property networking. Monthly mtn fees is around 230+rm. With this kind of bad exprience and hospitality, i feel bit upset with my decision to invest one unit here.

Good location, best workmanship.. only thing no good is developer promised that a direct access from the housing to main highway.. but never happen.. cheated..

I was staying here, no big problem at this moment. I been here since 2018. No extra parking cars for visitors especially over night.
