Ni kali keempat mati lampu tengah malam ni aku tidur dalam keadaan panas takpe jangan ayah aku tidur dalam keadaan panas kesian orang ada anak kecil orang tua sakit buat mati api tengah malam jangan sampai surat polis dari saya sampai ke pejabat TNB ni jangan kata saya x buat ye saya akan buat nak mati lampu tengok keadaan dulu lah jangan suka hati nak matikan lampu lah 😒😒😒

Servis teruk. Mula-mula cakap boleh bayar dekat kaunter bila pergi bayar dekat kaunter, PIC dia kata tak ada duit kecil, pergi ambil duit kecil, eh dia kata kami dah tak ambil duit tunai. Boleh bayar dekat kaunter ke tak ni?!!!!

Guna mesin pula, duit asyik lekat. Masuk RM70, eh tak terima tapi duit tinggal RM11!!!

I had a negative experience here. One of the officers provided incorrect advice. In my previous experiences applying for electricity, it was always straightforward, but not with this individual. He instructed us to fill out a form (G&H) typically used for new developments. This form would require us to appoint a contractor to verify the state of the building, potentially costing us around RM450-500. Luckily, another female officer informed us that we could try the online application, which is much simpler.

This is an example of the kind of little napoleon that, instead of serving the public and making people's lives easier, is content with burdening others and failing to provide solutions. This individual is not suitable for frontline work. Individuals like these should not be entrusted with power or authority as they are likely to misuse or exploit it for personal gain.

In the end I got my electricity just a day after filling the online application.
