I shouldn’t have waited so long to review JGI Concept - the wondrous team consisting of the two amazing brothers Joey and Joel and their fabulous staff. Incidentally, lucky me getting Amirul as the lead designer for my home! So I have quite a decent excuse (valid reason, rather) that caused my belated review - JGI Concept made my home such a haven that I did not want to leave it and/or think about dashing off a review. Joey told me he felt that Amirul would be a good fit for me as we were both fastidious about organisation. Too right! Not only that but Amirul has such a knack in colour selections. I have had the misfortune of being subjected to years of enduring oh-so bland white walls, and now I love mine - kudos, Amirul! To have JGI Concept be my interior designer was undoubtedly one of my BEST decisions. The genius of Amirul in customising certain furniture, his keeping in mind my many, many quirks as a client; and the many times JGI had me view the 3D renditions of my future home. Let’s not forget the numerous times they sent me updates on the works in progress. Joel told me that their ultimate goal is to have their clients as friends - this touches and means a lot to me. Also, their follow-ups matter, tremendously - Joel told me that they have had clients of several years who still come to them for help.
Once this review is live, one has the feeling that there will be more to say - positive affirmations all the way. If this review helps one single person to decide on JGI Concept, then it’s assuring indeed. Why can’t the 5 stars have more stars? I shall happily and confidently select more.

It is the best decision in my life to beautify my home with JGICONCEPT DESIGN. Definitely will give 100/5 stars to the team especially Joel, Joey & Amirul. If I ever have another home to engage with ID, it’s definitely will be JGICONCEPT DESIGN again, 100% definite. And if ID has Michelin stars rating, they should get 3 Michelin stars.
From the first meeting with Joel, he has been very professional from the start till the completion of the project, all the queries he will respond and attend to it immediately even after office hours and he will go beyond and more. He will advice based on his honest opinion if he thinks certain request is not suitable, in which I totally agree with his advice. While Joey will make sure everything run smoothly and also credit to Amirul who design my home according to my requirement and exceeded my expectation. Only just by one design layout, I straight away fall in love with the 3D design and I don’t have to alter anymore as they already know what concept and needs I request from them.
After-sales service from JGICONCEPT DESIGN also is the best. They will attend to it even though the project already completed, even small insignificant thing like kitchen cabinet pull-out waste bin’s cover damaged, they will make sure to repair it, without extra charges (that’s how detail and professional they are).
Don’t hesitate to engage with JGICONCEPT DESIGN, you won’t regret. I should have met them earlier and not stalling my time trying to engage with other ID prior to them. Only after my friend’s recommendation, I decided to meet them and voila, it’s the best decision in my life. Thank you so much JGICONCEPT DESIGN for making my dream home come true.

JGiCONCEPT is the BEST & the TOP all-in-one interior design & renovation service in Northern Malaysia. If you have the budget, you must book them ahead to design and renovate your dream home. They have magically transformed my double storey house into a very comfortable, high class yet practical home for me and my family of 3 kids. Best part is, I don't have to do much work except to make selections of colours, design or placement of sockets/lighting. Joel managed every aspect of the renovation and keeps updating me on the progress. I basically have to just respond via WhatsApp.

You can engage them with FULL confidence and don't have to worry about anything. Every cent you pay them is absolutely worth it. Hey, they've also won awards for their designs so I know they're top of their game.
