9개월동안 살던 집! 수영장이 잘 돼있고 뷰도 괜찮음 .공부나 일 할때 공부방에 가는것도 좋았어요. 경비원분들도 친절🙂
다만 로비가 좀 더 깨끗했으면 하는 바램은 있음

Deep dissatisfaction of the condo management with ongoing issues within our condo! Particularly the consistently faulty lift system at Tower B and unacceptable slow response from the management team in addressing resident concerns!!!!

It has become a recurring and extremely frustrating experience to deal with lifts that are frequently out of service with this high floor!!!!

This is not only a major inconvenience to residents, especially those living on higher floors, but also poses serious safety concerns. For residents with mobility challenges, elderly individuals, families with young children, and those carrying groceries or heavy items, this is more than just an inconvenience And long waiting time!!!!!!!!!

What exacerbates the issue is the lack of timely communication and urgency from management. Repeated complaints and feedback from residents have often gone unanswered or delayed, with no clear timeline or proper updates provided. Even when responses are given, they tend to be vague, lacking accountability or actionable solutions. As a paying resident who contributes to maintenance fees each month, I believe we are entitled to expect a minimum standard of living and service!!!! Not just take the money without provide any maintenance and this is such a bad reputation of Your management!!!!!

This situation has gone on for far too long, and residents are quickly losing faith in the management’s ability to do their job!!!!!!! The ideal property group need to step up their game thanks!!!! Its been viral and bad !!!!!

If you get the right unit, you've the best view of the city, sea, and the mountain. The view is amazing with the blue waters, green mountains, and the huge landscape that's visible during the day and the light of the colorful view of the city lights in the night.

Another important thing about staying here is the convenience. Everything just feels to be available nearby with a lot of shops on the ground floor and around the condominium.

Honestly, I don't get the people going on and on about the management, security and cleaners. My experience so far has been absolutely delightful, I have literally no complaints. I get that there has been some drama about the management but all of it got resolved, so why do these petty people feel the need to tear down the reputation of I-Santorini?

if booked at the right room facing the seaview, would b nice. Too bad this condo does not have balcony, so if u intend to have good drinking session with seaview, u can only put chair inside the condo area facing the sea. Room size wise, its a studio size
