I have always shared a beautiful experience with Iconic Vue. From the splendid view, convenient access to food & good spots, friendly staff until the day we moved out the lady admin who used to nicely smile at us turned weirdly rude! We had Lalamove pick up our stuff at around 4pm. While my husband was busy loading the stuff, she went and scolded harshly:
1. Lorry is not allowed inside the premise - this can be understandable due to privacy reasons
2. Move out time is from 9am-5pm - like hello Working individuals cannot move out at night? And hello, the lorry was there at 4pm! But this lady admin was complaining and keep scolding my husband which took 30mins of our move out time! We have to panicky rush to load all the things afterwards!
*Number 3 might surprise most of you*
3. She asked us to pay a RM200 move out FEE - SINCE WHEN THERE IS A MOVE OUT FEE? DID WE PAY OUR DEPOSIT PAYMENT TO YOU? Good lord

Overall stay is 5 star. Our landlord was the best! We've been residing in the same building and unit for 4 years but due to work reassignment, we sadly have to move out.

However, although our experience residing in Iconic Vue was good the last experience it gave us was hell. Hence the 1 star review.

Ideal location. Very commendable facilities. Brand new. If only the kitchen was bigger and if there were an intercom to the security guard room, I'd give it a 5-star.
