I cannot rate their work as I have been asking and waiting for 4 days and still no show. When we contacted them they made an appointment for after 5 pm the next day. Knowing Malaysian time I waited till around 6:40pm. No show. When I contacted them he said he was sick ( gastric ) so I gave them time and waited the next day for them to reschedule my appointment. Nothing from them. After several more messages with no reply I came to the conclusion they are just useless and definitely not the kind of people I need to do work for me. Imagine if something goes wrong with the work that they do what a hassle it would be to get them to come back. Unfortunately we stay in a small place and not many real electricians around.

We called this technician, he never do anything, and not solving the issues at all. He came and do the similar basic troubleshooting that everyone knows and 5pm plus he said this might be major issues and before left ask us to pay RM150.00 just to check. Then nego RM100.00 by informing his knowledge..but eventually we did that by our own..haizz...NOT RECOMMENDED...
