I am very impressed by their delivery speed, very very impressive that how slow they can deliver my parcel from Petaling Jaya to Sungai Buloh. It took a total of a week! One whole week just for my parcel to be delivered and I have to call their hotline almost everyday just to check on the delivery status because it's been stuck everytime i check on their website. Even my stuff from China i ordered the same day is already at my door before GDEX. Crazy how slow they can be, really impressed me.

One of the worst of the worst.. Friday morning send message says will deliver my shipment today, purposely waited whole day no turn up. Then I want to arrange self pickup still need to wait two three days. Called at least three times says still arranging?

Another bad courier company after Best Express and Citilink. Slow like snail bad customer service, just requesting to resend parcel takes ages to check. All these bad couriers companies should just closed down.
