Should change their name to Asal Boleh Sdn Bhd, project banyak defect, dan gagal selesaikan defect walaupun dah lepas 30 hari. Kepada pembeli yang berhasrat beli projek asal boleh ini pikir masak masak dulu

Even 1star Asal Bina does not deserve it! To be frank, I'm quite disappointed with the Asal Bina. Experience buying a new house at Meranti Residensi is a nightmare for us. As a good reputation developer, they should monitor & do quality control before deciding to deliver Vacant Possession (VP) for residential. A major defect like leaking at 5 places at different locations is not acceptable for me. Even we make a report & complaint about it, but still no action from their side. 30 days Defect Liability Period was passed without taking any responsibility to repair the defects & now we need to wait again for 30 days (in total 2 months) to give them a chance to fixed the defects before we can take legal action on them. Really waste our time & money! To move into a new house involves many hassle things & they don't work in effective ways to solve the problems & not being proactive to take fast action.Consequently, I as a owner must bear the burden & stress to deal with them. Normally, people will be happy & excited when getting the key, but most Meranti residential people felt very upset & angry after looking inside the house. This project is the worst from Selaman. I do not recommend anybody to buy the property with this developer. I really regret buying the house from them. The quality is out & poor services. Here I attached 5 from 86 defects detected in my house for other references in future before deciding to deal with Asal Bina. Hope my review can help you guys.
