Developer ni sgt teruk. Anak syarikat dia Excel Fokus buat projek Signature Three Permatang Pauh byk defect. Dah report defect kemudian tak mau repair, cabut sticker saja. Common area pun sgt bermasalah dari sudut keselamatan, tapi boleh lulus CCC.

Anas Construction Sdn. Bhd, through its subsidiary Excel Focus Property, recently completed the Signature Three (Residensi Damai) project. Unfortunately, the units have many defects, including major issues like wall and window leakage, cracks, SPC flooring problems, and security concerns. Despite these serious problems, the developer has not provided any proper response or taken any action. Instead, they keep shifting the responsibility to the management and remain silent. It seems the only way to get a solution is to raise this matter to the media and relevant government authorities. Based on this experience, I strongly advise others not to deal with this developer.
