Michelle and her team from Amico Services did a fantastic job! She is very efficient and responsible. She updated work progress consistently by sending photos and videos via WhatsApp. She listens to customer's needs, very accommodative and accepts feedback. Very professional and can be trusted.

The waterproofing and painting job are very satisfactory. So far, I am very happy with the work done.

Highly recommend and very Impressed by Amico’s Waterproofing work for the roofing and our exterior wall . The workers are professionally trained and use good quality product . Satisfied with their service and the final outcome .

Buyers beware. I used Amico services to waterproof my bungalow and paint my house. The quote was much higher than the market rate. However due to the positive reviews in Google maps I went with Amico. It was a mistake. Contrary to others review, I had a bad experience with Michelle. I had to escalate to her manager Kevin to get the issues rectified. Kevin was good and completed most of the pending items. There is still some work pending that is not complete and I have given up. I engaged another contractor to finish the job.

Anyway lesson learnt. Be very thorough in reviewing the contract with Amico because this company is not very transparent. It will save you time and money to do your due diligence. Better take your business elsewhere.

Kudos to Michelle & her team as they did a very meticulous as well as thorough job on my roof waterproofing

She shows professionalism and responsibilities in her job by communicating the work process through whatsapp, providing regular updates of the job progress through photos and video recordings.

I am extremely satisfied with the completed job as it provides me with a peace of mind knowing that my roof waterproofing is very well done up.

I first engaged Amico around 2 years plus ago, before the MCO, for water proofing on my roof top. After checking my roof top, they did extra miles by providing some repair works which are not inside the scope of work, without charging extra. They offered value of money jobs, and after the MCO, they did follow up with me for some touch up and repair works responsively. Their advice is professional. The contact person is helpful and friendly.
To me I certainly have confidence with them and would highly recommend them to those who need their services. 👍

Excellent service! Really willing to go extra miles after sales. The workmanship is also good. I have recommended to few of my friends and neighbours who have visited my houses. Furthermore, they are really trustworthy. In fact, I have leave the whole house with the keys to them for two weeks when my tenants went back to Australia, they have not touch any valuable things in the house and make sure the house’s furnitures are all well taking care of. Thanks to Ms. Wong good supervision job done!
