Last month, I brought my eldest daughter to Dr. Philip’s clinic for her flu vaccination. Since she has a tendency to faint after injections, the doctor kindly let her choose a spot where she felt safe and comfortable to help reduce her anxiety. She chose to sit on a bed filled with dolls.

I absolutely loved that room, it was filled with dolls and created such a warm, calming atmosphere that any parent would feel calm and safe there.

Dr. Philip was very gentle and patient, chatting with her like it was a Q&A session. In the end, the vaccination was successfully done, and she managed to overcome her fainting issue. Truly grateful for your professionalism, a pediatrician truly worth recommending.

Dr. Philip is a patient-centered physician who practices a collaborative approach.

It was our child’s first time being hospitalized due to a firm lump, which raised concerns about a potentially serious condition. To rule out any underlying issues and monitor the progression, an intravenous line was needed for further blood tests.

As it was the first time both we and our child had faced such a stressful situation, we were filled with anxiety. However, Dr. Philip was incredibly patient and reassuring, helping to ease everyone’s worries. He also had a wonderful way with children, thanks to his gentle and skillful manner, the IV procedure went smoothly and calmly.

Dr. Philip’s warmth and sense of humor lifted the spirits of the entire ward. Three days later, we left the hospital filled with deep gratitude.

We later learned that he is also a developmental-behavioral pediatrician, qualified to diagnose conditions such as developmental delays, learning disabilities, autism, and ADHD. If you have any concerns about your child’s learning or development, we highly recommend consulting Dr. Philip. He has access to many valuable resources and can help parents support their child’s growth more effectively.

Really thankful to have found Dr Philip. He’s very caring and takes time to listen and explain, never rushes through the consultation. You can feel he truly cares for his little patients. Dr Philip is really caring and professional. He doesn’t behave like some other specialist in private hospital that is thirst of money. He truly cares about his patient. He even visited the ward at late night and early in the morning when my baby was really sick. Dr Philip requested a lot of tests for my baby in which i believe they are essential for the recovery of my baby. However, since we were admitted in KPJ, the hospital charges premium for everything, especially when the expenses are covered by insurance. That was the only downside. Anyway Dr Philip still follow up and check on my baby’s condition even after we have been discharged. He is always responsive in addressing all of my concerns and offered free consultation at any time which i am really grateful for.
