酒店非常的肮脏还有异味，没有空调摇空器，电视有没有的看，有遇到停水，一天都还没有水来，投诉了都没有把问题解决。要什么没什么，要自己去跟前台拿。

This is budget hotel with middle range price from RM80 to RM100. Sleep quality is good and cleanliness quality is only average. My bedsheets is white but become yellowish (maybe because it is so old and has been used for so many years now). Front office staff is friendly but prefer to speak Chinese altough I speak with her in English. How silly! Looks like they are more focused on Chinese tourists. I saw many Chinese decoration inside the hotel - I guess hotel owner is a Chinese too.

マブール島に行くため利用しました。||低価格のホテルで室内は清潔でした。||角の部屋は窓がありますが、窓なしの部屋も多いようです。||||シャワーは湯が出ますが水量は少ないです。||||エアコン、TV、ボトルの水2本、バスタオル、石鹸、シャンプーがあり快適でした。||フロントでお湯をもらえたので、カップラーメン等に使えました。||||ななめ向かいに２４Hのコンビニがあります。||エレベーターはありません。３階の部屋だと荷物が重い場合は辛いです。

The Hotel is located in a pretty sketchy area away from the main jetty part of town. It is almost like being in a post-apocalyptic one-horse town. At night there are groups of young men sitting around not doing anything on the dirty concrete streets. The hotel itself is OK. It is cleanish, but super basic. The shower was not very good (a dribbler) and the room a little musty. It was incredibly cheap at only 65 RM for a double room. ||||If you need to stay a night in Semporna, it is fine, but a little removed from the main drag of town.

I had a nice clean room with hot water and a working ac. no complaints. good value The staff were charming and friendly but the hotel is situated in a very dark part of town. It took a serious effort of will to go out after dark.

Situé en centre ville à deux pas de la station de bus et des restaurants locaux. ||Plutôt calme sauf à l'accueil où les jeunes employés rêvent de Star Academy... ||Je recommande

We stayed here twice. Our first stay was satisfactory, given the price, so I decided to book this hotel again during our second trip to Semporna. Our second stay here was a disappointment. There was no hot shower and the toilet flush is broken. I forgot the room number but it was a triple room at the top level of the hotel.
