Saya hubungi nak buat aduan mengenai kerosakkan , susah sangat ke nak ada orang yang boleh incharge ,take action , call2 x angkat , call lagi ada orang angkat jawab acuh tak acuh , sambung panggilan sana sini, last2 ditutup , saya cakap baik2 tau . Maintenance dekat gravitas teruk gila. Tolong ambil tindakan ya

Staffs are friendly. BUT, in between to get documents from them to proceed for S&P are slow. Expected to get everything within 4 mths, but got updated from lawyer side keep mentioning they pending document from developer. After 7mths finally got the key. So, over the CCC period. So, they start mentioning not cover any defects as over CCC period which they promised they will cover the defects, this info was pass thru agent during our booking which about 8mths ago.

After feedback first round deal, they mentioned they will cover those pipping and electrical issues. Then we highlighted piping blocked, they came to check. After that they start again mention CCC is over, so not cover.

I doubt their intention to make bulk submit documents late and slow to cause S&P signed over CCC.

not responsive and keep ignoring to address defects. evoke qualities as it's worst but uda not even paying any attention and management just ignore or pretend not to know

A talkative & supportive security guard. The office had been closed due to PKP....Might open back after PKP is over.......

Uda Land, what is your rational asking for 1.5 years (18 months) maintenance fees for transferring tittle?

One stop centre if you're looking to purchase a house. Friendly staff and plenty of info etc could be viewed at their main office there.
