Senior citizens sanctuary with love. Clean, net, new and ageing person friendly environment vs others senior care centre.

Very responsible owner and staff. Staff can speak few languages that is very helpful. The bosses go to centre daily and walk the talk. They can speak few dialects that is very appreciated in case ageing person cannot speak mandarin and other languages.

Staff and boss are full with graceful and care to my father who stay there.

There are rules as like all senior care centre. However they are flexible and accommodate depends on situations and conditions. This is deeply appreciated.

If you expected one to one care with full attention and pay peanuts or the same other customers which is ridiculous. With thousands of demand and requirements but paying little than wrote bad review without proof is jerk. Remember what you pay what you get.

This centre price is reasonable comparing with others in Kluang. In facts, they deliver more values and services as comparing to others. We did it and done it with real life experience.

All family members and my father are happy to stay with them.

Kudos to the staff and bosses for the excellent job and extra miles to fetch my father from home by wheel chairs since he is uncomfortable to walk and move at the time.

Thank”s for monitor her health conditions and measurement of the health by devices few times per day.

The foods there are suitable to ageing as told by my father. The staff and bosses eat the same which do not happen in all senior care centre. If they can eat it than you can eat it with no complain.

I definitely will recommend this centre.

Was searching online for a care centre for my grandpa and came across Blissful Senior Care Centre.
Staffs was very friendly and helpful on my quires and was able to tailor a very reasonable price packages for me!
Daily meals and activities is provided and I must say the environment is very clean and neat, with regular sanitation of all areas to prevent infections and ensure patient safety. Surfaces, equipment, and patient rooms are disinfected frequently.
Highly recommended!
