Tremendous poor after sales service..Purchased a house from this developer on Dec 2020, acknowledging there is poor connectivity issue promised to be lifted on May 2021. The problem prolonged until Sept 2021, after a few times of fake extended of the internet recovery that supposedly to be available on July, and then August now almost finish with Sept. Not knowingly when this huge issue to be resolved. Alot of methods of dealing and compromising done with the developer and very poor responses given. Be wise if you wanna invest almost RM1 Million on a house that you can't move in as it feels like you are living in isolated island/cave. Most residents are tired of the fake hope with addition of compulsory to work from home/ attending online classes for students that have to travel about 2 or 3KM from the home just to get stable connection.

This is not a fake review. This is a very honest review from a resident that have lived in the community/neighbourhood for about a year already.
