Overall experience is nice but unfortunately having leaking issue in the unit and poor external building paint.
AC ledge are not provided with drain pipes. Look like rokok butts sticking out from the sky. Brackets used are not coated with anti rust paint making the stain mark left on the wall.
The debtors for maintenance fees seems to be unfairly punish.

Agreed that the deficit is way too much. 🙁

The day time security guard at entrance is extremely rude and unfriendly (speaking from not one but frequent encounters) which is such a shame because he brings the whole quality of the residence down. The elevator issue is a downside, however my impression of this place would have still been alright if all the guards were friendly instead of having one rotten apple. It's too bad because the nighttime guard is friendly and nice to the residents here. Kudos to him.

Everything was good. Just a nepali security guard being so rude to the residence and visitor. I was there to pickup my friend with the 10 months baby and toddler and that day was heavy raining. I said i want to pickup he act like he doesn’t hear what i said. Until more than 5 times telling him that i want to pickup then he open with the angry face. This is not the first time he being like this. Always rude. Not recommended for people to have a visit

If you plan to buy or rent skyridge apartments.. im NOT recommend.
I've stayed here almost 3 years. The elevator always out of service and take a long time to repair. This morning all the elevator out of service. Apa management buat tak tau la. Terpaksa turun tangga. Mmg babi punya management.

Need a lot of improvements as the building will soon be having issues due to the time passes.
A lot of wear-and-tear items are being neglected.
The lights on the roof are not even working if u see them from far.
Aug 2023 - for a building of less than 5 years the lifts always break down. Now 2 lifts are down, leaving 1 running.
The residents will need to fork out a sum if need to replace for a new lift.
Hope to see a change & pray for a miracle.
Also sad to see that the month of 2023 account is not healthy.
Deficit account balance for the year 2022 is so high.
Hope this AGM on 17 DEC 2023 will see a change if not we will be in a bad situation.
