I'll just state facts:

1. Uneven toilet floor. This led to flooding around the toilet bowl.

2. They only provided 1 keycard for 3 guests.

3. Only 3 lifts service all the floors of the hotels. All fed from a narrow corridor.

4. Room was big and spacious.

5. Lounge was narrow and cramped.

6. The front of the hotel looks upmarket and imposing. Even reminded us of the John Wick Continental. Attached is a photo of the back. Yup. The corridors do not have air conditioning.

7. The kettle switch needed to be held down to boil the water. It did not lock in place.

8. The flooring of the room was peeling.

9. The bottom of the toilet door looked old and worn.

10. The provided cup was leaking.

11. The location was quite good.... But there are better options in the immediate vicinity.

This hotel have their own parking block that connected into the hotel. That's the key point for me to booked a room to stay at this hotel. While for the room cleanliness, it was OK. No dust in the room, furnitures also in good condition, bathroom also nice. Just the tv & wifi were having a problem during my staycation there. I asked the staff they confirmed it their tv & wifi were problem that time. This hotel location is near to mall, shoplots and also Malacca tourism area. You can just walking to go there. Will book again this hotel in future if coming to Melaka again.

If you are planning to bring your family for a convenient stay in Malacca, do not choose this hotel. I regret paying the price of almost RM700 for a two days stay in the Family Deluxe room, though I know this is an old hotel..I did not expect much but with the price I paid, at least give me something better.

Well..It has 2 compartment rooms, both got toilets. But for the master bedroom toilet, the shower is slow, using cheap water heater like one I found in a remote chalet in the woods. The sink water is too slow like a rat's piss, so sad when using it. The cabinet was smelly when we first time open it, I do not know how long it was never used, few years maybe?

When we checked in for the 1st day, I was suprised the room was like it has never been used for a long time, there was no floor mat even a cheap one which the hotel can buy via shopee if got no enough money. The sofa & the cushion was terrible like it was bought from second hand shop.

There was no pantry or at least a place where we can conveniently make tea, though when I called asking for it, the hotelier said the room got a pantry. But actually its not a pantry but a small table. You have to sit down on the cold floor and pour the tea like they did in Pakistan streets.

The tv in the master bedroom cannot be used though I tried many times. One thing good was the tv in the living room got youtube & netflix, thanks for that.

It's hard for me to give bad comment for places we stayed but this time I really felt it was not worthed. My wife even told me she did not like the room, it saddened me so much.

There are other things we don't like, but I think I stop here.

Very old building, and only one level of parking area links to the hotel. The corridor is full of dusty smells, and the carpet has lots of stains on it.

It’s the worst reception it took more than half hour and people cuting q and only two people at the reception and have dirty things on my door I hope none of you come to this hotel I personally don’t like it
