Mah Sing,

Since I bought a property from you at Wangsa Melawati December 2023, I have been bombarded with numerous marketing messages from Mahsing and also from other property agencies.

I have reported through your customer service email but to no avail.

I will proceed to report MahSing to be in breach of PDPA Act to the PDP Commissioner Malaysia.

It is a very disgusting way to sell purchaser's personal number for your own business gains!

Please have some respect of people's privacy.

Worst developer , your house having defects but they will give so much excuses to avoid being repair. My house project in Bestari Perdana,one of the worst project and those finance team do not know how to manage billing and finance matters. If you want know better , talk to me i can explain further

dishonest property developer that impose interest charges of outstanding payment to buyer.Should ask bank or mortgage advisor paid for the fee instead.Don't ever consider Mahsing property if you buy house under mortgage,they bully you by impose a bunch of camouflage charges

I have been waiting for my receipt of payment until now which you (your credit admin Milasuri) said you posted more than a month ago, and promised to email me a scanned copy by that day multiple times already. Is it so hard to email me my receipt? I already paid months ago.

Because of slow action from your side (especially your agent Milasuri), I have been charged late payment interest in the system. I need to settle everything by June after which I am unable to settle it, and I signed the documents in December 2020. It was not my fault at all for the late payment but your own side who submitted the documents late. Can I depend on you to settle everything by May for me? Your don't care attitude and dillydally way of doing things has made me lose all confidence in Mah Sing, to the point I am telling people around me to NEVER BUY MAH SING. Buying a house is supposed to be a very happy thing, but all you are doing is just stressing me out. Why do you do this to purchasers?!
