The overall experience with this housing project has been superb. The environment is well-maintained, clean, and offers a peaceful atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for families and individuals seeking comfort and tranquility. The amenities and facilities provided are top-notch, adding great value to the living experience.

However, one downside is that the community isn't particularly pet-friendly. While some areas might accommodate pets to a degree, there seems to be a lack of dedicated spaces or amenities specifically designed for pet owners, which could be a concern for those with furry companions.

Despite this, the quality of the housing and the overall environment make it a highly commendable place to live, especially for those without pets or for those willing to adapt.

I was there on Tuesday 26 & 27 December 2023 where I spent ad night at a cousin of mine's residence. It was my first visit to her house located in the resort which is within the district of Bemban Malacca.

The houses are poorly built. It leaks all over. Every time we discover a new defect in the house. Even my neighbors have the same problems. Every time I fix one leak, another shows up. Rats and mice are popping up everywhere . Do not buy in here and find a better project . Ask the people who stay here about all the problems.. all the phases have the same problem ...
