I had a great experience with Kondecor for my SPC flooring installation. From the beginning, Calvin Gan was incredibly responsible and patient. He took the time to explain everything clearly, helping me understand the different options and what to expect. On installation day, he even came personally to check on the progress and ensure everything went smoothly — that really gave me peace of mind.

The price was reasonable, the service was excellent, and their replies were always fast and helpful. I really felt taken care of throughout the whole process.

A big thank you as well to the installer Alsoh (sorry if I got the spelling wrong!) and his brother — they did a great job with the installation. Everything looks perfect!

Highly recommend Kondecor if you’re looking for reliable service and quality flooring.

I noticed that many reviews here are positive, so I truly don’t understand why my personal experience was so disappointing.

The installation workers themselves were polite and hardworking, but unfortunately, the entire installation process lacked proper supervision.

There was no project leader present on-site to guide or instruct the workers, and the salesperson simply said, "they know what to do."

As a result, after several hours, only about 20% of the work was completed. They even installed parts wrongly and had to dismantle and redo them. Some components were also cut in the wrong direction.

Because no one was overseeing the process, the workers spent a lot of time calling and waiting for instructions, sitting or standing around for long periods without progress. At one point, they were literally scratching their heads. I was forced to act like the site supervisor, constantly updating to the salesperson and urging them to coordinate better.

One of the panels was even installed misaligned. We reported this to the salesperson, who told us it would be fine after sealing. But three days later, the issue remained — it was still sticking out and the white glue was visible.

Only then they said what they can do is only come again to apply silicone to cover it. (In the end, I told them not to bother, because I didn’t want to go through another round of cleaning. But I still paid the full amount anyway. After that, no response.)

The salesperson took days to reply to messages — sometimes responding only the next day, as if it depended on their mood. That level of customer service really left me disappointed.

During installation, the workers noticed that the drawings they received were inconsistent with what I had previously confirmed. The measurements were off, and I had to make two major decisions on the spot to revise the layout.

There were already issues at the very beginning. Before I paid the deposit, I was told the drawings would be ready in 7 days. But once I paid, they said it would take 2 weeks.

Then when small revisions were needed, they said that it would take even longer — and the only way to speed it up is to sketch it roughly and write in the cm measurements. In the end, I had to redraw the plan myself and send it back to them for confirmation.

Their promo videos look great, and the installers are good people. But the attitude and responsiveness of the designer and salesperson （KEITH) were honestly quite unfriendly and disappointing. All these issues happened, they even never apologise to me. Sorry to say I felt It’s quite rude.

Anyway, I dare not come back to them anymore. And definitely will not recommend to my friends and family.

My writing here is just to share my experienced to everyone who is looking for their services. Hope you all can alert and be careful while dealing with them.

Very satisfied with the outcome. My salesman Keith is very responsive, he explained patiently and answer all my doubts. The team were also incredibly professional and efficient! Managed to finish their work on time. Price was reasonable compare to others. Highly recommended their service to anyone considering to flooring upgrade. 👍

The outcome, was so beautiful, as what we wanted. Job well done by Kondecor team. My home looks elegant with a calming vibe. Truly satisfied.

I would like to personally express my gratitude to Mr Wayne who was engaged with us from the moment we signed up in home fair till the completion of my home flooring. He is honestly very kind, humble, always accommodate to our needs, preference and timing. In a nut shell, he prioritises customer satisfaction more than anything.
