Like how others have mentioned, the store entrance is blocked by several buckets. No one is allowed in. The elderly lady repeatedly asked what I was looking for and ignored my comment about wanting to browse. I was looking for poster putty and the language barrier meant some awkward back and forth till I described the item. And then she chastised me and said I was looking for blu tac. And the cherry on top was that they were out of stock. So not only did I get snarky service, I didn't get what I was looking for. Left with nothing. How this lady stays in business is a mystery since there's a Mr. DIY right next door. You'd think she would be more polite with competition as their neighbor. Absolutely rude. Not worth the visit if you're looking for a hardware store.

Front of store blocked off. Cannot go inside, have to tell man in front who doesn't speak Bahasa or English what you want. So, it was a massive communication breakdown. Wasted my time. Its not COVID, let customers inside lah!

The shop entrance is blocked by some chairs, not allowed the customers to enter and allow to ask the counter. But the customer service is terrible, the Chinese aunty such impolite and you will difficult to ask her anything.

Managed to get all I needed today.
Asked if they do delivery as I walked there, and they offered to give me a ride home.
Excellent local business service.

The lady is a nut case, very rude, abrupt, arrogant and absolutely have no manners. She just snaps at you for no reason at all and yell like a mental case. Best to avoid if you don't want to spoil your day. Do not support rudeness.

I have used this store for 5 years now and they always amaze me with the range of items they have as well as their tiptop knowledge of pretty much everything associated with DIY. Friendly and helpful too

This is a real hardware store where the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Excellent range of items in stock. Good prices, with the best solution for every job.

One of the worse shops ever. The Lady was so rude and not friendly.

Will never go back nor will recommend anyone.
