The office staff(Malay girl) who are not friendly and unable to answer the questions asked by the guests every time. After the house passed the loan, they ignored the customer's inquiry. The next step is to ask the guest to submit a defect report within two weeks, otherwise the house will be deemed to have no defects. But submitted on time without any progress. When we asked why it has been 4 months, but the repair work has not started. The lady in charge pushed the work back to the owner and asked us to contact the person in charge of the construction site. They are not responsible for follow-up. According to Ah Wei, the person in charge of the construction site, they were seriously short of manpower, so they couldn't spare time to do the repair work. What I want to say is that the lack of manpower is something that your developers should solve. Why is the after-sales service and attitude so poor! Is it necessary to handover to the homeowner for acceptance in the last week of the defect protection period, and then the homeowner finds that the problem is the same and still hasn't been resolved. But the one-year defect repair period has passed, So even if the homeowner finds the problem unresolved, it doesn't help. Beacause already over a one year defect repair period.

Name Nittiya Renganathan phone number, and the number stated at the app but the building Manager say that the numbers is personal number just off the phone. If this is your manager personal number kindly please don’t reflect at the application. Kindly reflect your manager attitude is totally rude. If cannot handle feedback please go and take a customer service course.
The management keep saying cannot hear me and just off my phone, after call back they do not want to pick up the phone

The attitude of the worker (malay women without spec) is the worst besides their property also have lots of leakage. Serving attitude should improve because thats not the way to serve people.
