We were a group of 12 and had a fantastic stay at the Spacious Luxury Holiday Home in Ferringhi. The house offered all the amenities and facilities we needed, far exceeding what hotels provide. It was excellent value for money, with a prime location. The view was stunning, and we loved having easy access to restaurants, 24-hour shops, and the town center. Well cleaned and maintained prior to our check in. Big Wow!

The host, Mr. Toy, and his team were incredibly kind, helpful, and responsive to all our questions. We’re grateful to have found this gem on Airbnb. It’s an ideal place for families, friends, or even work-related groups. Thank you, Mr. Toy and team, for hosting us. Xiexie and Nandri!

The place has ample of space and it was clean. We had a small scale event, and everything in the house was well accomodating. It was a pleasant and comfortable stay! Thank you host.

Great place to stay! We enjoyed our stay here (feel like home).. From the communication and process checking in and out were very smooth and easy.. most importantly the host was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended to everyone especially family with kids! Look fwd to have our stay here again in the near future. Thank you Ding and Chan for the awesome place 🙂

A very spacious, pretty house! Good if you're staying with families One single bedroom downstairs, one master bedroom with jacuzzi on level 2, and three bed Queens bedrooms on level 3. Each bedroom has bathroom so no worries. Kitchen is fully occupied with microwave, oven, nonstick pans, bowl, plates, spoons, fork and you can even cook there. Washing machine and clothes detergent are provided too! Really happy with our choice staying at this house! The owner is very helpful too, guided us with nice place to visit in Penang, and helped us to book with the PIC for beach sports! Overall, we're really satisfied! 10/10 ?

Fantastic place, clean and neat homestay with sufficient amenities. Walking distance to the best beach in Penang, Batu Feringghi. Quiet area perfect for a get away from the town. Convenient parking and safety prioritised. Strongly recommend for large groups. Most of all host is very hospitable and responsive to inquiries. Thank you

Strategically located nearby Batu Feringgi town is convenient for foods and last minute grocery. Walking distance to Pasar Malam and Rasa Sayang hotel beach for water sport. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable to accommodate up to 9 adult. It is the super convenient to visit North to North-west of Penang Island from Tanjung Bunga, Batu Feringgi to Teluk Pahang.
